Visiting Preferred Care

The Preferred Care main office is located at 259 Monroe Avenue in Rochester.

Parking at Monroe Square

Free parking is available in the Preferred Care parking lot. Parking for individuals with handicaps is available.

• When entering the parking lot you will pass through an orange gate that will go up automatically.
• Follow the signs for "guests" and use the Preferred Care reception entrance on the west side on the building, facing Union Street.
• Before leaving the building, you must get the day’s gate code from the first floor security desk or from Preferred Care’s reception desk. You must punch in the code at the gate for it to go up and allow you to exit. Reception desk hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Preferred Care Wellness Center is located at 220 Alexander Street.

• The Preferred Care Wellness Center at 220 Alexander St. is next to the former Genesee Hospital and just around the corner from Preferred Care’s main offices at 259 Monroe Avenue.
• Parking is simple, easy and free in the covered parking garage next to the former hospital.
• To reach the Wellness Center from the parking garage, take the covered skyway on Level 2 of the parking garage. The skyway connects tom the hospital. Once in the hospital, follow the signs to “220 Doctors Building.” After entering the building, you will see signs directing you to the Preferred Care Wellness Center.
