Why
Volunteer?
To learn new skills. To meet new people. And to make
a difference in someone's life.
Our primary goal at Preferred Care is
to make life a little easier, a little more comfortable. When
people need help, we're there. But there are a lot of people who
need help, and that's why we're asking you to consider being a
Preferred Care volunteer. You might:
- Offer support through phone calls and home visits
- Teach our health education workshops
- Tutor at thePreferred Care Wellness Center
- Be a role model to a new mom
- Help with shopping, gardening, laundry and simple home
repairs.
- You might even get to take Rover for a walk!
Not sure if you are ready to volunteer?
"I'd like to help, but I'm
pretty busy"
There's a good chance we have a volunteer
opportunity that will fit into your busy schedule.

staff help me out if I volunteer?"
