Introducing Two New Plans: CareFund HRA
and CareFund HSA
Preferred Care is always looking for ways to offer new options in health care. We've recently introduced two new health plans* that provide flexible coverage and the same great service
and care that you have grown to expect from Preferred Care.
CareFund HRA and CareFund HSA are consumer-directed health plans (CDHP), a type of health coverage that combines a health plan with a either a health savings account (HSA) or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA).
CareFund HRA and CareFund HSA from Preferred Care are CDHP plans that are designed to encourage you to become more involved in your health care decisions by providing:
low premiums that make health coverage more affordable;
opportunities to pay for future health care expenses with a health savings account (HSA) which is funded by you and/or your employer;
freedom to take charge of your health care expenses like never before;
flexible coverage to meet your health needs; and
information and Web tools to help you make health care decisions.
* Important Note: Not all Preferred Care plans are offered by every employer.
