Can You Prevent Cancer by Eating Well?
While there is no evidence that any one food can prevent cancer, some experts believe that you can reduce the risk of cancer by as much as 35% by choosing healthier foods.
In general, a simple diet is a healthy diet, and the closer a food is to its natural state, the more healthful it will be.

More fresh vegetables, especially yellow squash, carrots and leafy greens, which are high in beta carotene and vitamin C, and vegetables from the cabbage family, including broccoli, brussel sprouts and cauliflower |
