Reasons Not to Diet

While dieting may help you achieve short-term results, healthy eating is part of a healthy lifestyle that lasts a lifetime - and helps prevent eating and weight problems. •  Diets most often don't work. You lose weight and gain it right back, often regaining more than you lost.
