Salmon Stir-Fry
Ingredients
1 Tb. canola oil
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 Tbs. fresh ginger root, finely chopped
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
8-ounce salmon fillet, in 1 1/2-inch pieces
Hot sauce and low-sodium soy sauce, to taste
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat oil on medium-high. Add all the vegetables. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add salmon. Cook 2 minutes or until done. Serve with Thai noodles or rice. Serves 2.
