Preferred Care health education programs and support services    
are designed to help you stay active, follow healthy nutritional guidelines, and learn prevention techniques so that life-long wellness is always within your reach. Classes are FREE or discounted to Preferred Care members and some programs are open to non-members for a small fee. Space is limited, so register today to reserve your spot!   

Learn at Your Own Pace

At Preferred Care, we recognize that not everyone learns at the same pace or in the same manner. So whether you prefer to learn on your own, with the support of a large group, or fall somewhere in between, our programs and services offer you the flexibility to learn at a pace you are comfortable with.
