Our Breathe Better
program is designed
for people with asthma or chronic obstructive
pulmonary disease (COPD). We will partner
you with a nurse or respiratory therapist who
will track your progress over time. You’ll receive
answers to your questions, information on how
to identify early symptoms, prevent flare ups,
and ideas to help you live an active life.
Because we realize that your symptoms may worsen at certain times of the year, we encourage you to get involved with our program anytime.
