What is HealthyYou?
HealthyYou is a part of the Preferred Care Option health plan. It is free to all Option members. HealthyYou includes classes and programs to help you get and stay healthy.
Who is eligible for HealthyYou?
All Preferred Care Option members are eligible to take HealthyYou classes and programs.
(Anyone under 65 years old and currently receiving Medicaid may be eligible to join Preferred Care Option.)
What programs are included?
HealthyYou includes these types of programs:

- Divorce & adoptive family issues
- Domestic violence
- Exercise
- Nutrition
- Parenting
- Quitting smoking
- Safety/CPR/Lifesaving/ Swimming
