To enable Pop-Up's for this site, please perform the following steps:

1. From the browser's menu, select Tools
2. Click Options...
3. Select the Content button.
4. Click the Exceptions... button next to the Block Popup Windows checkbox.
5. In the text box labeled Address of web site , type www.selectcare.com, then click Allow .
6. Click the Close button.
